How Should I Go About Starting Up A Small Entertainment Business?

I love entertaining. I vary from birthday parties/events for kids such as facepainting, balloon animals, games, and would even like to learn magic. But I also love bartending, parties/nightclubs, dancing (clean dancing), etc. two varying polar opposites, I know. If you know or have any experience in either of the two, could you give me on information on steps I need to get started?

A small, step by step method is always best. As you gain in experience you’ll be able to make a business out of what you do.
Start by visiting a bookstore or library and read up on small business. I would recommend reading at least 10 books before starting. All of that learning will help you start your business with strength and help you to avoid common mistakes that will cost you money.
It sounds like you are passionate about what you do and I think you’ll do very great!
